RESILIENT WORK LIFE
A coaching programme consisting of 9 x 2 hour sessions can empower staff to achieve their best work without compromising their spare time or work time. This programme takes a deeper dive into a broad range of health topics for example, work life balance, rest, sleep and working relationships thus empowering your team to have better individual health and a bond together a whole. ​

PACKAGE OF COACHING FOR INDIVIDUALS
I also offer businesses a package of individual coaching sessions for staff who are in need for more one-to-one support. I will work with your organisation to identify what your needs are and what would work best for your team to support you. Individual sessions can be very useful for staff struggling with mental health, long term illness, neurodiversity, chronic back pain and transition back to work after a period of sick leave. Please do get in touch to discuss your needs.
The sessions are virtual and highly interactive, giving support, relationship building and accountability
All materials will be supplied virtually before during coaching sessions, for easy access.
These sessions can be run, weekly for 9 weeks, fortnightly for 18 weeks or monthly for 9 months OR you can ask me to devise a bespoke programme with a selection of sessions which are most relevant to your company and staff.
